Not knowing much about flowers, I completely trusted Shannon and needless to say, she took her expertise and ran with it! I was pretty specific about my overall vision, ideas and colors which seemed to be a slight challenge due to the time of year but Shannon had a solution to every problem. In my opinion, the flowers at your wedding are personal and meaningful, so to work with a florist that felt the same way was a huge relief. During the planning process, Shannon and I were in touch regularly. She answered any and all of my questions. I genuinely felt like she listened and took the time to create unique arrangements that spoke to the vision of my wedding. On my wedding day, I was completely blown away. The team was extremely professional during set up and breakdown. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. When it came to the flowers for our wedding, we really wanted something different and unique that reflected personalities of me and my husband. We wanted the colors and the design to be really special. As I was piecing together the colors and style of our day, I wanted to find a florist I could be collaborative and then we found Shannon. She could not have been more accommodating and patient through the process, respecting our vision and our budget while bringing creative ideas to the table. She even helped us to incorporate flowers into our ceremony book by covering the binding! She really took our vision and turned it into something we could have never imagined. Shannon quite literally saved the day for our wedding!! We did not originally book her as our florist, but when we received the completely wrong florals the day before our wedding and I called her in a total panic, she stepped in without hesitation and did a phenomenal job. She turned around STUNNING bouquets and boutonnières in just one day. She worked with me to keep me calm and talked me through everything she had that would match our color scheme and theme. Shannon was such a wonderful vendor to work with! I was lucky enough to book Three Roots just before their big boom this past year and I am so glad I was able to sneak in while the book was open in 2022. Right from the start, Shannon was amazing - giving me guidance when I wasn’t sure what I wanted beyond “purple” and “bouquets that will look great in the photos,” but still letting me figure out what I wanted on my own. Her proposal was exactly what I hadn’t known I was looking for! For every step along the way, Shannon was there to answer questions and was super communicative about any/all changes I needed. And she is there for YOU no matter what. I had an …incident where a family member pulled her aside go say they wanted something bigger for centerpieces and they would pay for it and Shannon told them with no hesitation that I was the client and she works only with what I say I want. I knew I had picked the right florist early on but that moment was really what made me so so happy. I can’t even describe my bouquets though!! We had a pretty big bridal party and yet each bridesmaid bouquet looked unique and beautiful. I was so in love with my bridal bouquet and still go back to look at Shannon’s vendor photos of it so I can see every little detail that isn’t necessarily visible in the photos. But they still hit my mark of wanting bouquets that looked beautiful in photos because that was most important to me. I cannot recommend Shannon and Three Roots enough!

I found Shannon and Three Roots through my friend who used her has her wedding florist. After seeing what Shannon created for my friend, I knew I wanted her one of a kind designs for my own wedding. Shannon doesn’t just replicate what you see on Pinterest, she creates bouquets and floral arrangements that are unique to you, your wedding and your love story. During our initial conversation, I gave her a little bit of direction on color and design and she executed the perfect proposal that was beyond what I could have come up with myself. She was so accommodating when I wanted to add some additional floral pieces a few weeks before our wedding. And she incorporated some family vases and lace to our flowers to make them extra special and meaningful to us. Everything was stunning and truly felt like it was made only for me.
